Have you ever watched rowers on the river and thought, I want to try that? Now is your chance! It is a great way to have fun, support the team, and get a taste of what our rowers do.
Â
Join our NDA coaches and student-athletes on October 17, 2026, at the Boathouse for an 90-minute session all about rowing! You’ll start on land, where you’ll learn the basics of rowing and the proper technique using the erg. Then, you’ll head out on the Maumee River to put your new skills to the test in an 8-person racing shell.
Â
Our current NDA rowers will be out on the water with you, showing you the ropes and helping you along the way!
Â
Our Learn to Row Fundraiser is open to adults and youth ages 13+ of all ability levels! With four time slots to choose from, grab some friends and sign up today! Spaces are limited.
Â
Tickets to participate are $30 and can be purchased here.
Â
Not able to participate but still want to support? We are gratefully accepting donations to help our athletes and program. Your support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our student-athletes and helps us continue providing the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.Â
